- Describe Changes -Effective June 2018 the Employment Program will be a 6 week, 7 to 12 men cohort. To establish a clear measurable fact/performance-based work readiness indicator.
- Work Readiness Indicator: NOTE--Ujamaa Employment Program has been a series of stand-alone sessions designed to provide confidence, develop savvy/acute young men the ability to secure part time work on their own; while learning to use the job as a starting point for their career pursuits. 70% of the men that attend 7+ sessions secure part time work independently.
